Your request will be fielded by an HEA associate.
You may qualify to be listed in either the directory or the preferred provider section based on research HEA has conducted. A directory listing appears at a flat annual charge with at no obligation of the service provider to continue service on an annual basis. It may also be deleted at the discretion of HEA with 30 days notification.

If you qualify to be a preferred provider you will be provided a cost estimate for the preferred provider listing. Access to be listed as a preferred provider is at the discretion of the HEA staff and management based on research conducted.
